Warm Up For Bowling

While I’ve touched on this topic before, I strongly believe in the importance of warming up before bowling. Starting without a warm-up can increase the risk of injury when throwing a heavy bowling ball down the lane. Prioritizing injury prevention is simple, and a brief 5/10-minute warm-up significantly reduces the likelihood of harm.

The common concern of looking silly often deters people from warming up, but the irony is that most individuals share this worry.
